I use to have sensitive skin. I'm very careful to soaps I use. If I don't use the soap wich I'm use to, the result usually pimples and white heads.

Offcourse, I dont forget to put a cream with SPF on my skin. I don't want to get burn. It's terrible.

Yah, drinking water is best too. I drink water only when I'm thirsty. I'm afraid my cells will burst if I overload them with liquid. The antioxidant water they said are also good.

Enough sleep is also very important to me. It's the time for my damaged cells to regenerate.

I used to eat fruits and vegetables also, especially fruit and vegetable salads. I really love them!
